Display randomly No Signals, last ditch effort before buying new parts.

My computer keeps randomly losing signal to both monitors. Its the kind of situation where only restarting the PC by holding down the power button will "fix" it. The monitors go out randomly, it may be 30 minutes, an hour, couple hours, 10+ hours before it decides to lose signal.

Ive seen people with similar issues, but I've replaced the PSU and nothings changed. Swapped out my GPU for another one and it still does the same thing. My drivers are also up to date so I have no idea what could be the cause.

Swapped display cables just for the hell of it and nothings fixed the problem. Does anyone have any insight or may be able to help? First time posting here, and I'd thought Id try asking for help here first, because the last resort is basically to buy a new motherboard, which would also require a new CPU and RAM, cause im using a 2011 CPU and DDR3 RAM. Newer AND cheaper parts only support DDR4 and 1151.

Below is a PC part picker list of my current parts, as well as 2 screenshots of my motherboard and RAM from speccy, cause I cant find those 2 parts on PC part picker.

I forgot to mention that Im using 2 monitors, but they both go out at the same time.

The reason I dont think its a monitor problem is because both monitors go out at the same time. I may have forgotton to mention that in the original post. But I guess I could plug in an old monitor for the heck of it.
