The 1050ti will be seriously bottlenecking your CPU,you will be able to play anything you like but you will have low FPS.

And that isn't classified as a bottleneck, that's just getting full potential out of your GPU.

And yes it will,just look at benchmarks with the i5 and much stronger GPUs to see how much you would loose by going with a lower GPU.
