Display screen goes black for 1-2 seconds and comes back

I have an old Samsung Syncmaster VGA Port monitor. Recently I brought a new msi gtx 1050ti graphics card and 500 watt cooler master 80 plus psu. Nvidia graphics card driver is updated to latest one and Intel HD graphics is disabled from BIOS.

Now as the new pascal series graphics card doesn't have a vga port I brought a third party VGA to HDMI converter and connected display with graphics card's HDMI port.The monitor's power supply is connected to a APC RS 600 UPS only and the SMPS's power supply is connected directly to main power supply.

Now after 2 weeks, the monitor display goes black for 1-2 seconds and comes back. While I can see the monitor power led is still on. It happens 3-4 times in an hour but not frequently.

My config :

Gigabyte ga-z97x-ud3h
Intel core i5 4690
HyperX 8GB ddr3 ram
Coolermaster 80 plus 500 watt psu
MSI gtx 1050ti 4gb graphics card
Samsung Syncmaster 1366x768 vga monitor.

Now what should I check for these problem? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Had a similar problem, fixed it by turning off hardware acceleration in my browser, worth a try.
