Question Display screen zoomed in

So I accidentally mis clicked my display screen and I have a zoomed in display. I can’t do anything and I was wondering if there is a way to reset my display.

Everything is zoomed in? or just a browser screen? (for Browser hit Ctrl+0 )

OS?
Win10- at desktop hold down CTRL and scroll the mouse wheel up/down OR rt click the desktop, select Display Settings and then set scaling to 100%

The problem is I was messing around with the scaling and the scaling is very high. I can’t move around to look through the setting to fix it. (I can move around on the spot the screen is focused on but since everything is so tightly compacted It’s very difficult to maneuver around to change the settings)
