Question Display Shows no signal after booting past windows 10 logo

Today when trying to start my PC after the windows 10 logo boot screen my TV displays no signal, my bios is working and fully functional. I booted it too automatic repair and ran diagnostics and one of windows boot files was missing or damaged, and it recommended a full reinstall of windows, which I did. However the issue has persisted and now I cant get my PC to start in either safe mode or automatic repair. I'm at a complete loss as to where to go from here. I have access to another PC and screen. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. In addition whenever turning on my PC my MB now displays code 6f, which means waking from sleep, whicbit isn't doing.
