[SOLVED] Display Still Not Appearing

A couple months back my computer stopped displaying whenever I turn it on. I replaced the mobo, cpu, and psu and still nothing. When I turn it on, the fans all spin up and the LEDs on my case and RAM turn on, but no display. I've tested both my monitor and HDMI cables (both work fine). I tried disassembling everything and reassembling it outside of the case (Motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU, RAM), still nothing. I tested it with the igpu and the problem still occurs. I've tried all I can think of and everything I found online, but I need help. My specs are as follows:



CPU - Intel i7 9700k

GPU - GeForce RTX 2060 Ventus OC

Motherboard - ASRock Z390 Pro4

RAM - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB)

PSU - EVGA 450 BR

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB

At this point the only things I haven't replaced are my CPU Cooler, RAM, and Hard Drive, would any of those be possible culprits?

RAM maybe, drive very unlikely unless it had a fault in the sata or power port.
