Hey everyone!
I've had my computer for almost 2 years now, and while I've had the problem the whole time, it hasn't started bugging me until recently.
Whenever I open up a game (regardless of the game) and set the resolution to 1920x1080 (1080p), there's a noticeable stuttering that makes the game unplayable for me.
Usually I just tone down to 720p (1280x720), but with the games I've been trying to play lately, that just skews the display, and creates black bars around it.
Based off of everything I've read, I should be able to play using 1920x1080 without any issues, but I've yet to figure out how.

Monitor is 32" 120Hz Vizio
