Question Display takes minutes to turn on after PC has been booted

After performing a clean install of Windows 10 after an incident occurred, when my PC rebooted literally RIGHT after it got done installing, I noticed that the display wasn't on. It wasn't a black screen. I didn't even have signal. So I waited a couple of minutes and when the display finally turned on, the PC was already booting into Windows 10. This is a big problem because it takes longer to boot that way and constricts me of getting into the BIOS. Is there any hotfix for this?

Test each monitor alone see if it makes a diff.
That didn't work. I know someone is going to ask a clueless question like "Can you access your BIOS?" when I already said that in the thread. So I'm going to say it again, even though it's obvious now: I cannot access my BIOS. By the time the monitor does actually turn on, my PC has already booted into Windows.
