Question Display time out

I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 on a laptop and my display keeps turning off and locking at 2 minutes and 15 seconds. I've checked the power setting and they are not set that way. If I look at the Advanced power settings it is set to turn off the display after 10 minutes when on battery and 20 minutes if plugged in. I've created a completely new power plan but it keeps turning the display off early. Anyone have any idea what the problem is.

Note: I've even re-installed the display driver

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. In your case, please list the make and model of your laptop(and SKU). You may want to check and see which version of your BIOS you're currently on for your laptop.
