Question Display turns of randomly

My monitor keeps on turning of randomly and automatically changes the resolution. It keeps on doing the same thing and until i restart my pc then it will stop but my screen resolution is not fit for the scree already. I'm using a hdmi to vga converter.

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
RAM: 2x4gb Apacer 2400hz
Ssd: WD green 120gb
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1tb
Psu: Corsair vs 450

It started last month. I have made changes in the system by downloading a driver for the iGPU then I turned on the GPU scaling. But it still did not solve the problem
