Question Display turns static

Hi,

I hope you can help me guys, I don't know what's the problem of my PC but out of nowhere, the display turns static (the display looks like a TV without signal) even if I'm not playing any games
It is unresponsive and the display would show the black and white static picture (not sure how to describe it but it's the picture of a TV without a signal)
I can fix it by restarting my computer and it rarely happens though, but I want to make sure that there's no problem with my computer or there won't have any problem in the future

Can you give me some list that I can try to check to see what would be the problem?

Please post your entire system specification including PSU make and model.

Do you have latest drivers installed?
Have you tried a different monitor to see if the issue persists?
