I'm using a Microsoft Wireless 3000 keyboard and I want to see the volume level on screen when I change it using the keyboard.
I installed the keyboard's driver and managed to get it to show the volume. However, it didn't work with fullscreen programs. So I installed a software called 3RVX that also shows the volume. It works on all fullscreen programs except video games (all my games are in Steam).
So my question is: how can I display the volume level when I change it while playing a game?

Solution
You probably can't, the display is a utility which does an overlay of the sound bar on the screen, when you go into a game the game takes over the Windows video display. Laptops usually have their own utlities for onscreen displays, if you have one, check your PC vendor downloads. Although I don't remember if I used any of them in a game. I just use the ingame volume controls.
