Hi!

I am planning to set up a 5x5 display wall for my project. I have some requirements, like:
  1. The bezel should be ultra-thin and homogeneous in both vertical and horizontal directions; if it is bezel-less, then it is best, but such a display is not available in our price range
  2. It should be an IPS panel
  3. 27-inch to 32-inch, 4K resolution, 60 Hz
  4. The power and menu buttons should be on the back, not the side or underneath.
  5. The display should be anti-glare capable
  6. We can spend around 700 USD per display
Depending on our requirements, I found DELL Ultrasharp U3023E or U3223QE could be the best fit (may be the only fit). I know there are more experts in this forum. I would love to hear if you have any better display in mind. Thanks!

Have you looked at companies that specialize in this type display like Planar ?

Those specialized displays are actually too much expensive than my budget.
Buying monitors which are not designed for large wall display, mean that all the things that a company like Planar has optimized over many iterations are all your responsibility. Alignment, cable management, brightness uniformity adjustment, etc. That is now your responsibility.
My first question is what graphics do you believe can drive a 5x5 display with 4K panels ?
Why 4K panels? To be able to see a 5x5 wall, your setback distance would be such that 4K panel resolution would be imperceptible from 1080p panels.
Have you "practiced" with a 2x2 setup ?

Can you describe the project a bit more?
How will these displays be mounted?
Why 5?

Most displays will have power and menu buttons where the user can access them.
I understand the need for mounting the displays to look as seamless as possible.

Could you use a large 4k tv, perhaps 77"

5x5 with such small monitors doesn't make sense to me.

At $700 you are looking at $17000, even at $500 that is still $12500.

You can get 4 (2x2) 75" TVs which would be comparable in size to 5x5x32" for about $2400.

85" TVs are only about $1000 a piece and would be larger than 25 32" screens.

If you want 25 individual displays, you would then just make your content split up the screens the way you want.

You can always try taking LCDs out of their plastic to get them even closer together.

The hardware-software support is no problem, we actually already have the system, just we are replacing the panels with the latest one.

You are thinking more commercially, but our approach is more research-oriented.
