Display white line and mirroring

So my monitor starts fine after a 10 or 15 minutes some white lines appear and they just get more and after that it starts to show different places of the monitor as you can see the problem is not my gpu because I tried with 2 different gpu and a ps4 no difference the only thing that i notice is the bottom part is warm to the touch and upper part isn’t i should mention that the white lines and the image mirroring spread out for a few years and the monitor was unusable but then it got better and now worse again i tried to get it repaired no luck i want to know is the problem overheating maybe or i dont know something else

You didn't mention the make and model of the displays. Have you ruled out that the GPU drivers aren't at fault, taking the display to your friend's house and trying it there on their setup?
