I recently built a new PC, but the version of Windows 7 ultimate I installed was quite old. I installed all the drivers for my mothetboard and graphics card, and made sure that all the important updates for Windows were installed. Yet whenever I start up my computer I get the message: "Display Windows Manager has stopped working".
I've ran a system file check with the console but it said that it didn't detect any corrupt files.
I also get an error involving an .NE file that's missing. I'm prompted to download it, but when I do and open it, it says I can't run it.
Any advice on what I should do to fix this without "upgrading' to windows 10?
