Welcome,

So I've got a problem that I've got 2 monitors that were working normally up to today. Today I have a black border going around my screen. I am not able to hover over or go over it with my mouse, which means its not pixelating for some reason. I have not updated anything and I've tried a few solutions but all haven't worked. Any suggestions?

My specs:
GTX 1080ti SLi
i7-5960x
Asus rog swift PG279Q x2 (2560x1440 native)

What I've tried:
- reinstalling gpus
- resetting my monitor
- tried to adjust the monitor in nvidia control panel to fullscreen but it didn't work. Default (aspect ratio).
- switched resolution to something else and then back to native.

Solution

No, I had an additionally black line, but I fixed it by adjusting the screen to fullscreen on both monitors in the control panel and then changing it back to adjust to aspect ratio. (It didn't work with only one monitor and you have to do it with both).

So thanks guys, but this is solved now.
