Display with red dots

Depending on the angle between display and keyboard in my laptop (I mean, how open the lid is), red dots appear unevenly on the screen. What is it and where may the problem be related to?
I am almost sure it is a mechanical issue...

Sounds like a possible video cable issue. Try a different cable.
