Display wont fill up screen, catalyst control center doesnt have "my digital flat-panel" option

So the title kinda says it all, i just installed a r9 270x, i installed the drivers and catalyst control center, there is about an inch and a half of blank screen around my windows display.

Anyone know why I cant get to "my digital flat-panel display" in catalyst control center? And how to fix it pleaaaase, thanks in advance

Set your Catalyst scaling in Properties (Digital Flat Panel). That will do the trick.

I had to do a complete uninstallation of all amd files including drivers then reinstalled it all and my options showed up again
