[SOLVED] Display won't show

Recently last week I installed a Wi-Fi card into my PC. It worked great but now when I try to turn on my PC it connects to the monitors but only shows a black screen. I then turn off the Pc like 3 times and on the 3rd time of turning it on, It ends up working and the Pc is perfectly fine. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this and startup on the first try.

How old is the PSU?
Have you checked the voltages?
You can check them in the BIOS. This isn't ideal but better than nothing.
Also you can check them with HWInfo. This is better because you can check them under load. They need to be within 5% of 12, 5 and 3.3. To me....it seems like this might be a PSU issue.

Where can you find the Psu on the HWinfo

the voltages are generally listed under the motherboard heading.
Most motherboards will display all three voltages....but I have come across some motherboards that wont.
