Question Display won't work after Asus optimal

I was booting my pc and I entered BIOS and enabled Asus optimal mode (fyi while exiting the BIOS, it said that it will enable epu power saving). So I restart the PC and the display doesn't work, even during boot.

Gpu:And Radeon r7 265

Also, how do I reset my cmos? (I know very little about computers)

Here is your manual for that motherboard. On page 23. Just do as the manual tells you and you should be fine.
The Optimal setting just tries for an overclock which isn't necessarily stable.
