Is that a laptop you're trying to buy? It all depends on how close you get to your monitor, usually you don't get close to a desktop monitor as much as you get close to a laptop monitor, given the fact that you perhaps put the laptop on your lap sometimes or get closer to it because of the small monitor you'll kind of notice the pixels, if that's annoying to you then the res would be a problem yes, there are many great laptops out there that have 15.6" displays with 1920x1080 resolution which look extremely vivid and sharp, of course they'll set you back an extra couple of bucks but it'll look better too. If you can live with the density of the regular resolution of a 15.6" then it won't be a problem, if you take your photo editing or something seriously then it is going to be a problem. Usually, regular resolution will look good, after all that's what the manufacturer decided to go with which is going to be a balance between PPI (pixels per inch) and price per inch too.
