Displayer don't work

Hey, my computer does work, but the displayer doesn't work, that is have no pics. While the computer sound a long and two short voice. And yesterday my network speed is 0KB, but the service provider tell me the network link is ok, suggest i store systems. Should i? Or anyone can help me?

a long and two short beeps means some problem with the video card.
it is either bad or needs to be reseated.

disconnect the power from the computer, take out the video card, and put it back in.

then connect the power and turn it back on.

if the video card has a fan make sure it still spins.

Then try the video card in another computer. If the card works, the problem is likely your motherboard.
