Displaying and controlling a PC with 2 different sets of monitor/keyboard/mouse in 2 different places

My PC is setup in a garden office around 15 metres from the house and has an ethernet connection to the router in the house. I would like to be able to use the computer from inside the house as well so I need to find a way to have a separate mouse, keyboard and monitor/tv that's somehow linked to the computer around 20-25 metres away total.

I've looked at nvidia shield for just the gaming aspect, possibly KVM switches although that seems to be more about controlling multiple PCs from one set of mouse/keyboard rather than the other way around, and I've read a few other general ideas that don't seem to be ideal (or maybe I just don't understand them).

Any physical cabling between the office and house can be done with no issues so I'm open to any solution, wired or wireless. I'm wondering if there's any possible way to achieve this without latency making the gaming side of it impossible. Ideally there would be a simple solution for switching between which set is active at any one time as well.

Would love any advice on this!
