Displayport 1.4 - DVI-D DL 144hz?

I've got a Zotac GeForce GTX 1080ti Blower, there's Displayport 1.4 and HDMI 2.0b on it.

On my monitor, BenQ XL2411, there's a DVI-D Dual-Link, and an old HDMI version on it which I'm pretty sure doesn't support 144hz.

My question is, what's the cheapest and best way to get 144hz @ 1080p, which cable/adapters should I use?
