Question DisplayPort and Hdmi port receives no signal

I am receiving “input signal not found” when using either DisplayPort or hdmi port. I just got a new gpu and new display port cables. I’ve tried the method of unplugging the monitor and DP and waiting 1 min. I’ve connected the monitor to my MacBook Air and it works fine. But when plugged into my PC it receives no signal.

Might want to list your specs for the system like so:

Please include the previous GPU's make and model and how you connected to the display with previous GPU. Did you used DDU to uninstall your previous GPU drivers? How old is your PSU?

Previous GPU: Asus 1070ti Cerberus connected to 2 displays via HDMI’s
Brand new PSU, just installed. I thought it was a bad graphics card so I got the 2070 super but I’m still having the same “no signal” with DisplayPort and HDMI. Which was what was happening with the 1070ti.
