Ok so quick question, i have a monitor that has a HDMI port and nothing else, and my GPU has HDMI and displayport, ports. Now i have a HMDI cable and HMDI to Displayport cable, so my question is should i use HMDI TO HMDI cable or HMDI to Displayport cable, what one will look and be better for videos, games, and photos.

Solution
It wont make a difference since the signal is digital. There are a few new HDMI cords out there that do things to clear up the picture and make it look better but they are for super high end gamers. Not worth the trouble if your a normal gamer/computer user.
Here is a link to a Linus tech tips video about the new cords. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjJzibFTaqA

Won't make a difference.
