Question Displayport error? HELP!

HELP´!!!!

When connect the DISPLAYPORT to my GTX 1650, the screen turns black and there is no picture.
this converter works excellent as well as the monitor. (checked on another pc)
It is as if the DP is not activated or does not work, what can it be?
HDMI AND DVI input WORK, BUT I WANT USE ONLY DISPLAYPORT

i had the same issue . the problem for me was my PSU where the GPU couldn't get enough power also since your GPU is a OC im pretty sure the PSU is the problem since a 400W is not enough for your setup . i would go for at least a 650W one with good rating,
