[SOLVED] DisplayPort issue

I bought a monitor yesterday https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07L9DYD9J...imm_NVYYSDA0SY3B3JCGAGZ5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

They gave me a hdmi , DVI and a display port cable along with it. I tried to plug in the display port to my gpu ( GTX 1050ti ) but the cable isn’t locking inside properly but it did lock into the monitor socket. For now I’m using the DVI cable and the monitor is working just fine but I want to use the display port and I don’t why it isn’t lock into the gpu port properly. Need help

If it physically won't connect then you've got a physical problem to deal mate, warranty is your only hope... nothing we can do from here if the connector is bad
