Question DisplayPort no signal

I recently switched from an h370 motherboard to a Strix Z390-E motherboard. All other components have stayed the same. Upon switching to the new board, I can't get any signal from the cpu integrated output or my GTX 1060. Even more worrying, switching back to the h370 board results in the same problem. A DRAM LED on my board lights up when I try to boot, but I can't imagine that's the problem because switching back to the h370 doesn't fix it. I've also tried switching power supplies, and have plugged in and unplugged everything multiple times.
