I build new PC yesterday with graphics card GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 AORUS XTREME 6G and MB GIGABYTE AORUS Z390 PRO.
I connected my older 144Hz monitor Asus VG248QE using DisplayPort cable.

Everything worked fine and I was using it normally yesterday for several hours and then turned PC off, but today after starting PC my monitor was just black and "no signal". It didn't show startup "Aorus" screen and was just black.
When I switched to HDMI cable all is OK.

Then I found one youtube video suggesting to turn off everything from power (

) and there are many people having those problems according to new comments only few hours old. But to me it seems just like some workaround and not a solution.

I start to believe that my DisplayPort cable (Roline 11.04.5798) might be a problem and has pin 20 connected...
Something like this guy is showing: (

What do you think?
Could it really be that new DisplayPort cables supporting 1.3/1.4 are build incorectly and so could cause those issues?

I don't have any measurement device to check resistance between pins 20 on both cable ends but for now I think it would be better to not put that DisplayPort cable back.
