Question DisplayPort not working on AOC i2269Vwm

Hello all,
Facing a problem and I hope you can help me.
Trying to connect my AOC i2269Vwm monitor as a second external display to Asus N751JK laptop with mini DP port, but the only thing I see is black screen.
Laptop and cable are OK - tested with Dell monitor at my work.
Using Mini_DP to DP cable.
Also I tried various settings but always the same - black screen. When laptop starts monitor speakers gives noise for couple of seconds.
Any ideas what should I try else? Using other type of connection is not an option.

Have you tried working with a different DP cable? Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your laptop. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers. Which OS version are you currently on?

"second external display", as in you already have one external display? Are you also using the laptop screen? Some system have a max of 2 displays they will work with.
Did you contact AOC support?
