I think that is a old list before the 11XXX processors were released. That motherboard does not support i9-11900K:

You need to install a supported CPU so that your PC will POST. Then the DP should work provided that the CPU has integrated graphics.

What monitor are you using?
- test the DP cable on another pc and its works,
- used this tips and it didnt works with me https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/my-resolution-is-stuck-at-640x480.3604181/
i have Asus PG278q, if i disconnect the DP cable and restart the pc and login with team viewer i can see the full resolution, when i plugin the cable it switch to 640x480 instantly. What monitor are you using?
You are saying when you try to change the resolution all other options are grayed out.
Unplug the monitor from the wall for a few minutes and then try it again.

If its grayed out go to advanced display settings (right below the resolution) and make sure it is listing the monitor you have if it is then change the refresh rate to 59. whatever it list and try again.
EDIT I will post in a different section to try to get more help for you.

https://superuser.com/questions/119...only-recognized-as-digital-flat-panel-640x480This is inelegant, but it works:
I've had this problem for years and have searched all over for an elegant solution. To my knowledge, none exists.
- Make sure Monitor #1 has DisplayPort 1.2 set as Enable.
Monitor #2 should be set as Disable.- Open Device Manager. Click Monitors. Click View and Show Hidden Devices.
Uninstall the Digital Flat Panel (640x480 60Hz) device.
Also uninstall any hidden (greyed out) devices.- Disconnect Monitor 1 from computer.
- Reboot computer
- Unplug monitors and wait a few seconds
- Plug monitors back in to power
- Connect Monitor 1 to computer.
