DisplayPort or HDMI

I recently got a 4K computer with a gtx 1080 ti a arorus gaming 9 and 4K monitor. I am planning on getting a better cable but I don’t know what to pick. HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 could one of you people help me.

Just use DisplayPort.

Either will work. You may want to use HDMI, just because it's more common. Then you could re-use the cable in future if you needed to. But either will work fine.
