Displayport to Thunderbolt or HDMI on MacBook Pro

I have an older Apple 30" monitor (2560x1600) with Dual-Link DVI. To that I have a USB-powered DVI to Displayport adapter. I have a 2015/2016 MacBook Pro (13") with HDMI and Thunderbolt ports. I'm having a heck of a time finding an adapter that will take me from the Displayport out of the monitor to either HDMI or Thunderbolt on the MDP. Any thoughts?
