Okay so I have tried everything that this tells me to do, and nothing

i ran Furmark for 30m with no crashes
Temps arent a problem as the card only really gets to 70c when under load
The problem is that when playing any game (demanding or not) and even when I'm idling, i have also upgraded all hardware and still the problem persists.
Old system
asus Z97-H43
i5 4590 3.4ghz
12gb ddr3 ram
amd rx 480 8gb
Corsair CX 650
New system
Gigabyte b450 aorus elite
Ryzen 5 2600 - corsair h100i
Rx 580 8gb
16gb ddr4 corsair vengeance (2x8)
(1tb hdd - 500gb hdd - 500gb ssd) moved from old
Corsair CX 650
I have fresh installed windows to a new hdd and no change, I am at a loss because I don't know how to even start to diagnose
any advice is useful as its consistently crashing and sometimes not recovering
no overclocks on gpu or cpu, I did have an oc on memory but the first thing I tried was removing oc's
