Okay so here is the news;
It was a decently humid day and I was playing shadow of mordor showing off my new rig to my brother when all of a sudden my computer froze. It wasnt responding to crtl alt dlt so i held down the power button and turned it off. I let a fan blow on my pc for about five minutes thinking it overheated but when i went to turn it on (on the start up everythig sounded okay, there were beeps) BOTH my monitors didnt respond, so i waited a few minutes then restarted my pc again with the same outcome. My monitors dont respond with mouse/keyboard typing and im stuck!
I have;
R9 290 graphics card
H97 Anniversary Motherboard
NeoECO power supply 620 watt bronze
Windows 7 Operating system
AOC G2460PQU (monitor 1)
Acer X233H (Monitor 2)
Again, upon start up i see nothing but monitor not responding on both monitors.

Solution
Take out the graphics card, and connect your monitors to the onboard ports from your motherboard ( hdmi, dvi, etc ). If the display turns on we can conclude that your graphics card is faulty here.
Yeah unfortunately it happens to the best of us that these graphics card just stop working.. unless theres something else that im missing im almost positive its a defective gpu. You could rma it but it might be a few weeks for them to turn it around and send you a new one.
