[SOLVED] Displays turn black after login

After I login and everything that launches on startup begins to launch my screens turns black. I can still see my mouse cursor and if I press ctrl+ left shift+ esc my task manager still pops up. This happened after I plugged in a new used graphics card to confirm it worked for a friend and then swapped back in my original graphics card. I will try to reply to any questions as soon as possible. Thanks for any forms of help!

Launched in safe mode 3 times and each time I didn't get the black screens
