Question Displays won’t connect

I took 1 8 gb ram card ( I have 2x8) out and put it back in because it wasn’t in properly because my computer showed I was only getting 8gb. So I took it out and put it back in and when I power my computer on, the fans, lights, keyboard, and mouse all turn on but neither displays are popping up... I’m running 1 dvi and 1 hdmi and neither are displaying. Once again all I did was remove 1 ram card and put the same one back in the same spot. I already fiddled with the wires and that’s not the issue. Any ideas?

First, remove the one stick of ram and see if it will boot again.
Then try this: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025368/processors.html and then reinsert the other stick of ram.

Are your ram sticks matched and identical?

It is not my computer but the mother board is a B250M Pro4-IB.... graphics card is Asus 1070 gtx 8gb and I think the processor is an i7-7700k

The ram is some xpc adata 8gb
