disply prob during sys startup

hi,i built my cpu with amd apu a8 6600k, ga-f2a85x-d3h MOBO, and 2133 bus 8gb ram, non brand power supply 500wt, 2T WD HDD, and sony bravia led TV connected with HDMI cable as temporary monitor & win 8.1 OS. i am so far satisfy with performence of this config. But i am facing a problem with sys startup as win need 2/3 attempt to start & screen become hazy, blurred, shows atypcal zigzag image and resolve in restarting every time. i dont understand which causing the prob. can anyone help me on this matter????????

try to update the bios for the motherboard to the latest version maybe it will help. anything overheating? check with hw monitor / coretemp / amd overdrive

can u suggest any bios updating software? i cant update manually. how time consume is the updating process? bqz our electrisitiy load shedding going on.....

you need to upgrade with the software that the manufacturer of the motherboard offers. typically all will have a windows based update program

i got @bios software from gigabyte for bios update, i have updated my bios & my prob seems fixed till now. thanks for ur advice......
