Distorted Display NewPC!

Hello! Recently built a new and my first pc.
I installed my FAVORITE game fortnite, and it was working with some minor flickering. I updated Windows 10 and the problem seemed to go away...but then this started happening. (See the picture). It will happen most of the time, sometimes it will be there right as it loads up the game, or sometimes it'll have something trigger it like changing the resolution of the game!

Ryzen 3 2200g
8GB DDR4 Patriot Viper Elite Ram (2666 MHZ)
Kingston SSDNow 240 gb
450W Power supply

I have attempted updating my drivers, i reinstalled windows 10 basically everything! I do not have a graphics card and am only using the APU. Would the APU be the problem? The game ran fine for a good stretch before crapping out!
