[SOLVED] Distorted fonts issue after format & OS upgrade

Hello everyone,

Couple of days ago my display started going away despite the PC being on so I talked to my hardware guy and they upgraded my Graphics card, formatted the PC and upgraded OS which I did not request.

Since then I am finding it very uncomfortable to read as the fonts are not coming proper / crispy the way it used to look earlier.

Can anyone please guide me if they ever faced any such issue in the past and resolved?

There's a Windows setting called cleartype. Maybe it isn't set to what you are used to. Just type cleartype into the windows search box and choose the "Adjust ClearType text" and see if that makes a difference.
