[SOLVED] Distorting/film graining in apps,Win 10

Hello,i just upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and on some apps the apps start to be consumed by white dots/film grain for no reason,this happens only on some apps for now. Any help? my drivers and windows are up to date. It shows in a screenshot,so here's how it looks like:

It doesnt happen in all apps and it doesnt affect performance, at least for now,any help will be appreciated.

I assume Windows 10 is supported on your particular motherboard?

If yes, then it may be the affected apps aren't Windows 10 compatible?
