Hello to everybody.

So, my computer is showing some dithering/ pixels. My older PC had these problems as well.
Some examples (double zoom and 1080p for vid):

This is taken from:

Also some vids:

I tried on integrated intel graphic card from my mobo, problem remains.
I have had this problem for 1 year without a way to solve it, my older computer (gtx 970/i5-2500k/ 8gb ddr3) and my newer computer (gtx 1070 i7-7700/ ddr4 16gb) didn't change anything.
It might be the monitor (that didn't change) but I tried on some TV screen I had at home and the problem remains. Maybe the power voltage? I have absolutely no idea.
Help me please!

gifs just look like that, they are only able to show 256 colors. the pixels on water glitch is the sky reflection effect, the flowing water one is supposed to look like that (its an old game, getting a new gfx card doesn't suddenly update the graphics). The other game is using a phantom light source with no or low AA.

I don't see anything to help with. Looks completely normal to me.

So according to you, the pc has no graphical problems?
If I click on the dawn of war 3 steam game, in the shop section the animated gif are extremely grainy, does that appear like that to you as well? Well then animated gif are terribad if you get the same result.

That one specifically looks bad but the one on king of fighters is way off. Look in nvidia settings and see what they are set to like here:

Does your desktop look like that as well?

Sorry was sleeping lol. Will try right now I am using a DVI btw. EDIT: Trying with an HDMI cable, interestingly enough there are two options: 1 (UltraHD,HD SD) & 2 (PC). For the pc option, there is no 1920x1080. there is for option 1. Anyway there's no change if I try these options from my DVI cable. Also, I edited the topic so you get more videos / ideas of the problem.

The new video is very unusual, you said the old PC had the same issue though?

When you linked the king of fighters that you seen, yes it looks the same to me as it does in your image. When I looked at it in steam it is showing a different image apparently based on language settings. let me edit together what I mean here....

OK, the top is the french page and the bottom is the english page.

What you are seeing on the images is indeed normal.

For the game, I think there is an issue with missing textures in the video where it turns purple and black. No clue how to fix it though but the other two videos are normal for that game. You have to realize half life source is extremely old and the graphics are very outdated compared to today's standards.

You may want to see if you can find information about missing textures in that game. - Actually I just googled it for you and turns out that game has a LOT of issues with water.

Ok so for SC2, yes it looks normal as well. Take a look at this image:

Yep it is low quality (found it on google) but it suffers from the same issues as in your screenshot.

In closing, there is nothing wrong with your PC. Turn the settings to max and try to have some fun.

Yo bud, I actually "SORT OF" managed to alter the pixels in some games by using nvidia inspector and forcing some anti aliasing.
Well, it's still not looking great if I look at my screen from very close - but it's still better.

I guess I would have to invest in 1440p or probably 4k not to notice any pixels from up close (i play very close to my screen for immersion & atmosphere).
