i try install my sound driver on my laptop from device manager add soft ware
and ny laptop crashes memory dump
can you help

Windows 7 is not supported on the Acer Aspire 5610. Acer have not released any Windows 7 drivers for it:

We cannot help while you are running an unsupported Windows version on it, other than advising you to re-install a supported version (Windows XP or Windows Vista).
