Division stops responding at ubisoft logo

i try launching division, but when i do (in windowed mode) the game freezes and stops responding at the ubisoft logo, have to close it through task manager. anybody know a fix for this?

What GPU are you using? Try removing the drivers and reinstalling the latest version. Did the game used to work and has stopped or did it never work?

the beta worked for the game. i'm using a his radeon 7950 iceq boost

If you haven't done this already you should reinstall drivers and verify the game files through uplay/steam.

nope, that didnt fix it. not sure if i should contact support, i also tried running the game in compatibility mode for windows 7, that didnt help.

yeah, windows 10 home 64 bit

edit: support didnt help me at all. and the last thing i want to do is redownload the game xD
