Question DIY Custom Led projector

I want to ask you, if it is possible to do This project ? My car's low beam is not really good, and I want to make really good headlights. Headlights that are really bright when you need it. This headlight upgrade should be cheap (Price to Performance ratio). I added a rough picture of what I imagine, a projector with Low and High beam solenoid with not regular H7 HID but 100w LED chip. I am asking for your help because the electronic parts are the easy thing for me But about Light projection I don't know anything, so I am asking maybe you can help me with this project.

Yes doable but probably not worth it. Doubt it will be cheap or easy to do once started.

And, depending on where you live, you may run afoul of headlight related regulations and/or requirements.

You may be able to see better but if the rig blinds other drivers or poses other safety risks - no go.

All in all you will be better off just getting the car's low beams repaired or replaced. Has anyone looked at them?
