Right, so i've panicked for no reason and thought my WD Blue drive was faulty. After researching, I took vibration into the formula, Right now my drive cage has no vibration absorption, just screws. How can I make or buy something to reduce the vibration. Would rubber washers on the screws work fine or what else could I do. I will try out anything that is suggested.
My case is the Corsair spec 01

Yep, that's also a good option, but depending on how the drives are suspended, you'll want to be careful when moving or working on the computer, so that they aren't knocking against anything. Also, make sure you use some material that isn't going to break down over time. Any sort of actual "rubber bands" are bound to dry out and crack if wrapped around a warm hard drive for months or years on end. One product that I've seen recommended a fair amount is Stretch Magic, which is a durable polymer-based cord used for crafts. It comes in diameters from 0.5mm to...

One product that I've seen recommended a fair amount is Stretch Magic, which is a durable polymer-based cord used for crafts. It comes in diameters from 0.5mm to 1.8mm, though I think you'll probably want at least 1mm. You should likely be able to find it in craft stores for a few dollars for a 5 meter roll.

If your drive is going in a 5.25 inch bay, you'll also want to make sure it gets a reasonable amount of air circulation, since it won't likely have as much air flowing over it as it would in the 3.5 inch bays.
