It doesn't work like that, you can't just connect the data receive and transfer pins from usb to sata, usb only has one pair while sata needs two pairs of those.what i whont tho is to use a usb and a data sata wire

You need a whole bunch of electronics and a microprocessor with the right software on it to do all the translations.
