Yes if will fit the socket, will almost certainly fit your case even though you haven't provided that info. However, I wouldn't purchase an H60 unless you have very specific space restrictions because a cheaper air cooler will provide similar/better cooling with no risk of leaks. If you plan to overclock I'd get a better cooler (Dark Rock 4, Noctua U14, NH-D15, H110/115 if you absolutely have to use an AIO).
