Hi we got a DL-360G3, and just bought a new DL-360G4 as a standby server in
case of emergency. G3: Internal 5i controller, and a 641i raid controller
with an external drive cabinet.
G4: Internal 6i controller, and a 642i raid controller with an external
drive cabinet.

I'vo got a ghost image of the G3 server, but when i try to boot the G4 after
installing th image, i get a blue screen with "inaccessible_boot_device"
after a while. I've checked the drivers, and they are compatible with both
computers.

It looks like the G4 adresses the scsi adapters differently than the G3. In
the G3 the disks on the 5i controller shows up first in disk management, but
on the G4 it's the disks on the 642 controller that shows up first.

Any suggestions?

Since it is for emergengies, best to have the same hardware at both sides: G3
v.s. G3 or G4 v.s. G4.

If it is for moving from 1 to the other, using ghost: Install the 5i and the 6i
driver for the disks. Better also install nic-drivers for both machines in the
image. If it is for M$Windows, get the origional M$Windows HAL in place. Only
then you can use ghost to move over.
